Hilton’s luxury hotel brand, The Conrad, is scheduled to this quarter in Washington DC, adding another high end hotel to The District’s lavish hotel market. The building is a part of high end development City Center, and will reportedly add 30,000 more square feet of luxury retail space to the sie. The hotel itself will contain a rooftop bar and signature restaurant by Chef Bryan Voltaggio of Volt, Range, and Aggio fame.
